Description

Main Tasks: -Ensure the secure operation of computer systems,servers and network in the company -Network administration and technical support involving users and group account creation,assigning rights and password rest -Attend all users Problems for the hardware/software and coordinate to solve them -Prepare training schedule for the users as per management instructions -Performs technology need analysis -Check the problem of the ERP software (Oracle Based) and coordinate to solve them -Making Sure the Backup is taking in daily,weekly,monthly Basis -Make sure internet is being used properly -Make sure Antivirus is updated -Maintenance and troubleshooting on citrix user problems Knowledge of : -Servers-routers-Switches-Active Directory-Windows 2008 -Microsoft ISA Server is a must -Knowledge of Oracle is a plus -Kaspersky Antivirus is preferable
